This notice describes the mcue Core and invite-only Hub alpha data boundary. Last updated 14 August 2026.
Core
mcue Core stores operating state on your device. It requires no account and sends no telemetry. It contacts Hub only when you explicitly configure a Hub endpoint and use a network command such as login, publish, or sync.
Hub
Hub processes authentication identifiers, explicitly published project state, accepted operations, connected-device records, MCP client grants, and the technical metadata needed to secure and operate the service. Hub is not designed to receive your source repository.
Access and retention
Hub projects are private to authorized users and clients. Device and client access can be revoked in Hub. Project state can be exported as JSON, and project or Hub account data can be deleted from the authenticated interface.
